SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP
It is to sponsoring a married partner to Canada. Both applicants need to be submitted simultaneously. The application must be updated in case of any changes. It may take up to several months before final approval, in the condition that the application is complete. The sponsor must be sure that he/she is eligible to sponsor. After immigrating to Canada, the spouse is allowed to work/study in Canada.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO SPONSOR THE SPOUSE
- At least 18 years old.
- Are a Canadian citizen.
- Are a Permanent resident of Canada.
- Living inside Canada.
- If you’re living outside Canada, you must show that you plan to live in Canada soon.
- Can’t sponsor someone if you’re a permanent resident living outside Canada.
- Can provide for the basic needs of any persons you want to sponsor.
- There isn’t an income requirement – Just need to show enough money to sponsor the person.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
Sponsor (in Canada) must need to show:
- Full financial support for three years.
- All basic living resources.
